teatime...

Recently, I heard a new tearoom that only serves high tea opened up in my hometown and I've been dying to check it out. Going out for tea is one of my favourite things to do whenever I'm visiting family in Scotland and I haven't had a good scone for a few years now! There's just something so sweet though about an elegant setting, pretty desserts, and delicate porcelain with tiny floral patterns... I kind of feel like throwing a tea party now, does that make me sound old? lol...

andrea - yes! all of my mother's side still lives in glasgow. I love it there... it always feels like home. It's great because the cities and so busy packed with tons of culture and great shopping... and then the countryside is beautiful. Especially if you travel up the isles! I went to the Isle of Skye on a road trip... sooo pretty. I'm talking huge hills and twisting roads and running into sheep that won't let you go by till they move! lol...

sasha - oh my gosh, too funny! i found her today through Dream Camera and I just love her photography!
