Welcome to a brand new year everyone! It comes with new resolutions, new beginnings, new hopes and dreams for the future... I love that this time of year almost seems to reflect Spring in a way, where "new" is all around... you can just sort of feel it. I started my day with yoga and a fruit smoothie, relaxing till it was time to get ready to head into work. It was so nice to start the day this way...
As part of my new year's resolutions (I love doing them) i'm taking part of the Whole Living 28-Day Challenge... i'm super excited about participating and getting healthier. Plus, there's a few other things i'd like to do as well, like taking the time to get lost in a novel, discover a perfect new tea to sip on, head to bed earlier, and work on sorting out some bigger goals... here's hoping 2011 brings on much happiness and lots of inspiration!
