ah weekend...

I don't know if it's the pretty dress (lingerie?) or the gorgeous floral wallpaper, but this photo on it's own is so intriguing! Don't you love her red locks too?

Tonight I have pizza and a girly movie planned... and then a little more work to finish up over the rest of the weekend. I'm also on the look out for new pressed powder... it seems that the shade i've been using for years now was recently discontinued. I don't get it, does fair skin not exist anymore? lol... So if you have any recommendations, i'd love to hear them!

Thanks so much for stopping by this week, and hello to all the new followers! I hope you all have a great weekend, and of course... some weekend links...

This is breathtaking. Your blog inspires me a lot, although I myself am new to this. What I really love and admire is the textures and the beauty of your photographs. They have a certain sparkle in each and every one of them. Plus I love the whole Paris, Fashion theme to it too.

Wow that's so pretty! And I agree that pale pressed powder is nowhere to be found I know from trying to find one for my skin colour which is tanned/brown and all there is are shades in between or orange lol :)

I just wanted to say that I love your blog, it always brightens my day! I have a powder recommendation - I am very fair skinned, and I use Laura Mercier "Soft Porcelain" pressed powder. It has good coverage without being cakey.

Beautiful pic!!

I was recently on the search for some pressed powders and I have 3 that I love, in no particular order:

1. MAC pressed sheer powder
2.Benefit Cosmetics Hello Flawless
3. Cover FX pressed powder

check out my blog (www.estetisk.blogspot.com) I do a series where bloggers recommend their favourite beauty finds it's called "beauty bag" you can find it on my left sidebar. I have tons of bloggers with fair skin that recommended some great pressed powders!!

Hope that helps...
Hope you have a fun weekend :)

This is seriously my new favorite blog. Fits right in with my Twitter bio, "Be timeless, not trendy."

I love your blog and as far as pressed powder goes...I'm a light skinned, red head and my personal favorite is MAC, great coverage, and not thick or cakey in anyway!

I just stumbled upon your blog today, and I adore it! The photos you have are beautiful and your links are great. By the way I recommend taking a look at Bare Minerals makeup. I have fair skin and their powder works really well for me! :)

Stunning dress. It would be a great wedding gown if only with a longer skirt.
