helping out...

Hard to believe a week has gone by since disaster first struck Japan. Between the earthquake, tsunami, and nuclear warnings, I can't even imagine how the people of Japan are feeling right now. There are many ways to donate (I found the texting option safe & easy) through the Red Cross, whether it's the Canadian, American, or International branch. Please take the time to read this article if you're considering donating elsewhere, as it's important that your help goes directly towards Japan's current situation. With so many willing to help out, I think it's good to be sure of where your donation is headed, whether you choose to support Japan right now, or another unfortunate situation that is close to your heart.

I hope you have a lovely Friday, and as promised, I'll be announcing the lucky winner of the Dear June giveaway later tonight...
