interactive window display :: repetto...

Repetto - Vitrine interactive from Marcel on Vimeo.

The other day Sarah from Haute Design posted this amazing video of Repetto's interactive window display in Paris. Not only is it perfect for this weeks "ballet-inspiration", it's such a unique idea, that I imagine even if you're not interested ballet you'd be stopping in the street to try this one out.

Last night we did some "allegro" which basically means BIG, as in big jumps through the air, well, as high as we could, lol. Our version was jumping up in arabesque (one leg pointing back) and then again in a pirouette position (one leg pointed just behind the knee) - again, I really have to get the names right... but fun nevertheless! I like going from barre work at the beginning of class to getting to end with some strong jumps like that. Now, if I could only get my balance right for actual pirouettes...

Video: By Marcel for Repetto, discovered over on Haute Design. Thanks Sarah!
